Director General
Finance director and head of Cementos Portland headquarters in Navarre since 1979, he served as regional minister of Economy and the Treasury of the Navarrese Government (1996 – 1999) before taking over as director general of SODENA in 2001. During his professional career he has been a member –as chairman or director- of numerous boards.
