Investment fund with private entities

Participation of SODENA: 25%

SODENA has a 25% stake in this fund and also manages it. Constituted in January 2000 with a share capital of 6.01 million euros, the company was created to develop or promote companies through temporary participation in their capital and the carrying out of the operations contemplated in article 167 of the Navarra Law 24/1996.

Other entities that participate in this fund are:
MCC Inversiones S.P.E. (25%), Grupo Corporativo Empresarial Caja Navarra (25%), Caja Rural de Navarra (12,5%) and Banco de Vasconia (12,5%).
