A wood sector company located on the Ibarmusu industrial estate in Alsasua (Navarre). It began operations in 2000. It is a company originally set up by a family from the Alsasua area.

The company initially produced simple plywood and decided to approach SODENA to carry out investments to manufacture industrial plywood as a base for floating floorboards, bus floors, formwork for the construction sector, etc., a product with greater added value than simple board that was not manufactured in Navarre.

SODENA took a 32% stake in the company at the end of 2000.
