The company Ingeniería Domótica, which was founded in 1999, is a benchmark of innovation and experience in Spain. From its offices in Pamplona and Madrid it provides a nationwide service and expects to open new offices soon in Catalonia, Andalusia and the Valencia region of Spain.

Ingeniería Domótica implements intelligent systems in all kinds of buildings (private homes, housing developments and one-off structures).

The company offers its clients advice and assistance, coming up with the optimum solution for each challenge from the different intelligent systems on the market.

Before Sodena’s involvement, Intelligent Systems Engineering was a branch of engineering that specialized in telecommunications and intelligent systems projects for the construction sector in Navarre. Sodena’s entry as a shareholder in 2006 gave the company the boost it needed to embark on a national expansion programme.

The experience we have gained in Navarre over the last 10 years in finding solutions for using technology in buildings to improve people’s comfort and quality of life, as well as reducing the energy consumption of buildings in both professional and domestic life, is now being used to head up projects across the whole of Spain.

Now that Sodena has come on board we have been able to grow and expand our lines of business beyond the borders of Navarre. We now have an office in Madrid and have started projects in Catalonia, Galicia, the Basque Country, Cantabria, Albacete, Aragon, Madrid, La Rioja, Toledo and Segovia.
