The Centro Europeo de Empresas e Innovación de Navarra (CEIN) is a company that comes under the Department of Industry and Technology, Commerce and Employment of the Government of Navarre. It operates on a European scale to drive innovative projects and initiatives that contribute to the development of the productive activity of Navarre.

The promotion of self-employment, support to entrepreneurs from Navarre that have a business project, backing for recently set up companies and assistance in the competitiveness of already consolidated SMEs in Navarre are the main objectives of CEIN. All the services it offers are based on these principles.

Thanks to its interdisciplinary team of 49 professionals, CEIN covers services in the areas of information, consultancy, training and financing aimed at entrepreneurs and others designed to improve the competitiveness of SMEs, both through support for the consolidation of new companies and encouraging innovation and the technological improvement of those already established.
